Deleting your account

You can delete your Ravencard account and everything stored in it from inside the app, at any time, without asking us.

From the app

1. Open Ravencard and go to the Settings tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

It takes effect immediately. There is no undo.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, handle and public card address — the link and QR code stop working at once.
• Every card, along with its photos, company logo, background image, links and projects.
• Project images and documents.
• Every business card you scanned, including the images and the contacts read from them.
• Your sign-in credentials.

Live data is removed straight away. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Records of purchases that Apple or tax law obliges us to keep are held separately from your personal data.

What is not affected

• Your subscription. Apple owns the billing relationship, so cancel it yourself in Settings → your name → Subscriptions before deleting your account, otherwise it keeps renewing.
• Contacts already saved to your phone, and cards other people saved from you. Those live on their devices and we cannot reach them.

Deleting the app is not enough

Your card is stored in the cloud so it survives a lost or replaced phone. Removing the app from your device leaves the account intact — use the steps above.

If you cannot reach the app

Email tyrker.products@gmail.com from the address your account is registered under, asking us to delete it. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.
