Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Ravencard, published by Tyrker Products. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
The service
Ravencard lets you build a digital business card, share it through a QR code or link, and scan paper cards into searchable contacts. Some features require a paid subscription.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — do not share it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13 in any case.
Your content
Everything you put on your card stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: storing your content, and displaying it on your public card page to the people you share it with.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not use Ravencard to:
- impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your role;
- upload someone else's logo, photo or trademark without permission;
- publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexually explicit material;
- scan and store other people's cards for bulk marketing they never agreed to;
- break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after telling you why.
Scanned contacts
When you scan someone's business card you become responsible for that person's data. Use it for the purpose it was handed to you, and delete it when that purpose ends.
Subscriptions and payment
Ravencard Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Local prices are set by Apple and may differ with tax and exchange rates; the price shown in the app before you confirm is the price you pay.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- An unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. We cannot issue them, but we will help you ask.
- If your subscription lapses, your data is not deleted. Your card falls back to the free plan's limits and the extra content stays hidden until you subscribe again.
We may change prices for future periods. You will be told in advance and can cancel before it applies.
Availability
We aim to keep Ravencard running, but it is offered as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tyrker Products is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of Ravencard. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms. Deletion is permanent — see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Ravencard after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
