Something broken, confusing, or missing? Write to tyrker.products@gmail.com. A real person reads it, usually within two working days.
To get a faster answer, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, the email you signed up with, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is worth three paragraphs.
Common questions
Does the person scanning my card need the app?
No. Their camera opens a normal web page, and one button saves you to their contacts as a standard vCard. They never install anything.
Why is my photo missing from the contact they saved?
On iPhone, open the .vcf from the Files app or Safari rather than previewing it in a message. Some messaging apps strip the photo out of the preview.
I changed my card. Do I need a new QR code?
No. The QR points at your card address, not at a snapshot of it. Everyone who already scanned it sees the current version next time they open the link.
The scanner missed some details.
Lay the card flat, fill the frame and avoid glare. Whatever it gets wrong you can correct on the review screen before saving — nothing is stored until you confirm.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ravencard → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Your data stays; the card simply returns to the free plan limits.
I subscribed but the app still says Free.
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore purchases”. If that does not do it, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, then email us.
I lost my phone. Is my card gone?
No. Your card and your scanned contacts sync to your account. Sign in on the new phone and everything comes back.
Billing
Ravencard Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Purchases and refunds go through Apple — we cannot charge or refund you directly, but tell us what happened and we will help you raise it with them.
Privacy and your data
What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy. To remove your account and everything in it, see deleting your account.
